EduTechMonitor is made by Sajre Edutech Pvt. Ltd., a company founded in 2022 with its office in Dharwad. The team that builds the software is the team that supports it, so when you call, you reach people who know how it works.

For a school, that means three practical things:

• The price is published. ₹1,20,000 a year + 18% GST for up to 250 students, and ₹20 per student per month + GST above that. You know the cost before you book a demo, not after a sales visit.
• Support runs on Karnataka time. Phone, WhatsApp and email, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm IST. We reply within one working day.
• We can come to you in North Karnataka. Our team visits schools in North Karnataka by appointment for setup, staff training, or a problem that can't be solved over the phone. Schools elsewhere in Karnataka are supported by phone, WhatsApp and email.

What EduTechMonitor does today

• Student records and admissions, with an online admission form and bulk import of your existing students from a spreadsheet. See admissions and student records.

• Parent login with a one-time password sent by SMS, where parents see attendance, timetable and fees.
• School classes and coaching batches in one system. See coaching centres.
• Trusts with several schools and branches, each branch with its own admin. See multi-branch schools.

State Board, CBSE and ICSE schools

Karnataka has State Board, CBSE and ICSE schools, and many trusts run more than one board. The parts of EduTechMonitor listed above, such as records, attendance, fees, timetables and parent login, work the same way whatever your board.

Here is what we do not do yet, said plainly:

• Exams, marks entry and report cards are not available yet. If you need report cards from the software this year, EduTechMonitor is not the right fit today.
• No connection to government portals. EduTechMonitor does not upload anything to SATS, UDISE+, APAAR or the RTE portal. Clean, up-to-date student records help your office fill those in, but the portal work is still done on the portals.
• No online fee payment, automatic SMS alerts or mobile app yet. It works in the browser on any phone.

Regions we serve in person

Our office is in Dharwad, so in-person visits are practical for schools in North Karnataka, starting with Hubli-Dharwad. See our page for schools in Hubli-Dharwad. Visits are always by appointment. Call or WhatsApp us first so the right person comes with the right plan.

For schools further away, setup and training are arranged with you when you sign up, and day-to-day support is by phone, WhatsApp and email.

2. Agreement and first payment. You pay Sajre Edutech directly, and your 21-day money-back period starts.
3. Setup with you. Classes, fee structure and timetable are set up for your school, and we import your student list from your spreadsheet together with your office.
4. Training, then go live. We train your office staff and teachers, then stay a call away.
