How we verify updates
The Updates section is run by the Sajre Edutech editorial desk in Dharwad, Karnataka. Students, parents and schools act on these dates, so we follow these rules for every update.
1. Official sources only
Every update comes from a notice published by the body that runs the exam, scholarship or admission: for example a board, an examination authority, a government department or the National Testing Agency. News reports, social media posts and forwarded messages are never a source on their own. Each update links to the official notice.
2. Checked against the notice, with a timestamp
Dates, fees, eligibility and steps are compared line by line with the official notice before publishing. Each update shows when it was checked and keeps a change log. If a notice has an obvious printing error (for example a wrong year), we say so in plain words rather than silently changing it.
3. AI-assisted drafting, human-level checking
We use AI tools to help draft summaries and translations into Kannada, Hindi, Telugu and Marathi. Every published fact is verified against the official notice, and the English version is the reference if a translation is unclear.
4. No guessing
We do not publish expected result dates or rumours. Until an official notice exists, the status stays "Not announced" or "Unconfirmed".
5. Corrections within 2 hours
If something is wrong, we fix it within 2 hours of learning about it during working hours, note the change in the update's change log and list it on the corrections page.
6. No paid listings, no data selling
Nobody can pay to appear in Updates. We do not ask for your phone number to read an update and we do not sell personal data.
