NTA is accepting online applications for Joint CSIR-UGC NET December 2026 on csirnet.nta.nic.in until 5 November 2026 (11:50 PM); the fee must also be paid by then. Late applications with a ₹500 late fee: 6 to 9 November 2026 (fee by 9 November, 11:50 PM). Form correction: 10 to 12 November 2026. Exam dates: 19, 22 and 27 December 2026, computer-based, 180 minutes, in English and Hindi. Subjects: Chemical Sciences; Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences; Life Sciences and Bio-Technology; Mathematical Sciences; Physical Sciences. The test decides eligibility for JRF, Assistant Professor and PhD admission.
